THE TEAM
CONOR SHARPE
Conor has extensive experience in the Venture Capital ecosystem, with his returns and impact recognised with nominations for both Angel Investor of the Year and Exit of the Year at the UKBAA Awards (representing 18,000 angel investors) in 2019. He has personally backed multiple companies that have grown from pre-revenue to $100m+ valuations, and his portfolio includes investments in Europe, North America and South America.
Conor started his career in the City of London, spending 13 years in the derivative markets, including 10 years building a market-leading global commodity business.
Most recently, Conor was Chief Investment Officer at venture-backed fundraising platform Swoop. He is also a Venture Scout at €200m VC fund Backed.
Conor is based in our Dublin office.
Barry O’Neill
Barry is a successful entrepreneur having built FCA regulated fintech Clear Treasury from inception to a multi-million pound turnover business, with over 2,500 clients across all industry sectors, exiting in 2020.
He has first-hand experience of scaling a business, building out teams and dealing with the challenges that growing businesses face.
Barry’s passion is understanding entrepreneur’s journeys and helping companies fulfil their potential.

Former Business Development and Partnerships lead at Odin, our SPV structurer.
Previously graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from IE University, Madrid, where he spent some time working as a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Atletico Madrid football club.

Former Head of Sales at DBT Labs, one of the fastest-growing and impactful tools in the modern data stack, that has raised $400m+ from the likes of Sequoia and Andreesen Horowitz.
Member of the early sales team at Fivetran ($5.6 billion valuation), where he was the top performing rep globally, starting the UK business.

Former investor at Global Founders Capital, the large European tech fund that was an early investor in Revolut, Deel, Slack and Zalando. Advisor at Intel.
